Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All disputes concerning the stipulation, interpretation, execution, or termination of this agreement are governed by Italian law. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute is with the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located within Italian territory.

Warranty
Products purchased on www.butchashop.com benefit from the standard 24-month European warranty, which may be extended to 5 or 10 years when explicitly stated. This warranty applies in all European and non-European countries. No product registration is required; the proof of purchase and tracked payment (bank transfer, card, PayPal, etc.) suffice. Products delivered with an evident manufacturing defect will be collected at no cost and replaced. For warranty assistance, please contact us. Certifications
All products sold on www.butchashop.com are certified and produced according to stringent European regulations regarding raw materials and manufacturing processes, selected from the best Italian companies (except for German brand Formesse and Spanish brand Velfont for textiles). Where applicable, the following voluntary certifications apply:

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100: An independent global certification system for the textile industry—from raw materials to finished products—testing for prohibited substances by law, restricted substances, and potentially harmful chemicals, with stringent health protection parameters.

Certiquality: Certifies quality in R&D, production, and sale of flexible polyurethane foam. The certificate is issued to Orsa Foam S.p.A., which supplies Gabrielli-branded products (including Memory, Waterlily Memory, etc.).
